Leadership Team

Jayne graduated from Brighton University with a BEd degree, achieving a first class honours, and later gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Leadership and Management). She has taught across all primary year groups and brings a wealth of classroom experience to her leadership role.

Jayne has undertaken a secondment to Brighton University, supporting initial teacher training, and worked with Numicon as part of a national project to develop mathematical understanding in primary schools. She is also proud to be an author for Oxford University Press, contributing to the Numicon programme.

With particular interests in mathematics, computing, psychology and early years education, Jayne is passionate about providing children with high‑quality learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence.
