Leadership Team

The SENDCo at Telscombe Cliffs Academy is Madelene Tabona. She is a qualified teacher with 8 years experience in schools in Class Teacher, SENDCo and Deputy Assistant Head roles. Prior to this, she previously worked for a charity working with families that have children with autism and profound learning disabilities in North London. Mrs Tabona has achieved the National Award in Special Educational Needs and works 4 days a week to manage SEND provision.
