Leadership Team

Sam has worked in education and with children for over eighteen years. During this time, she has practiced in nurseries, children centres, primary schools and within outdoor learning education. Sam Bryden qualified as a teacher in 2017 upon completing a PGCE at Buckingham University. Sam began her journey with STEP in 2016 when she joined High Cliff Academy. During her time there, Sam worked as a classroom teacher with experience across the key stages. In 2020 Sam became Assistant Head Teacher and SENCO and she completed her NASENCo qualification in 2022. She is currently completing the National Qualification in Headship.
