Leadership Team

Hollie started her professional career working within EYFS, working her way up from Nursery Practitioner to Nursery Manager. Throughout her Nursery career, she completed NVQ Levels 4 and 5 before gaining a BA (Hons) degree and Early Years Professional status. Hollie started at Telscombe Cliffs Academy in 2016, managing our nursery. She has taught EYFS and Year 1 and gained teaching experience in other year groups. While working in class, Hollie earned PGCE status with distinction and passed her ECT years. She has a keen passion for Literacy, especially phonics, and was Phonics Lead for the school last year. Hollie is also a parent and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills to her new role. Hollie also believes in supporting children to achieve their best outcomes.
