Leadership Team

Alun Evans has been a Senior Leader within STEP Academy Trust since 2011, working across academies in East Sussex and South London. He is driven by a strong belief that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.

Alun holds a Master’s degree in Education and has completed both the NPQH and NPQEL. He currently leads the NPQH programme, supporting the development of aspiring Headteachers across East Sussex.

As Executive Headteacher, Alun works across Telscombe Cliffs Academy and Peacehaven Heights Academy. He also holds Trust-wide responsibility as STEP Lead for SEND, Attendance and Complaints.
