Uniform

School uniform is compulsory for all pupils and we are proud of the smart appearance of our children.

Here are the items you will need. You must name all items clearly.

Reception and Key Stage 1
  • Winter – White polo shirt, green cardigan or jumper with the school logo, school-style grey or black trousers, skirts or pinafore dresses.
  • Summer – optional grey or black short trousers, green and white striped or checked dresses.
Key Stage 2
  • Winter – White polo shirt, green cardigan or jumper with the school logo, school-style grey or black trousers, skirts.   Optional – Years 3 to 6 can wear ties with the winter uniform.
  • Summer – optional grey or black school short trousers, green and white striped or checked dresses.
Our PE kit:

All children should wear:

  • A plain white PE shirt (no school logo is required).
  • Green or black shorts.
  • Trainers or black plimsolls.
  • During colder months, black jogging bottoms and green PE jumper (or school jumper) can be worn.

Please note that children should wear their green school jumper or cardigan to school on their PE day; other hoodies or sweatshirt style jumpers should not be worn as part of our PE kit.

Footwear – Pupils should wear sensible black shoes or ankle boots with a low heel. If pupils wear trainers they must be all black, with no obvious branding and no white or coloured trims. Socks or tights should be black or grey.

Headwear – Pupils may wear green, black or white checked headbands, scrunchies, ribbons or slides. We don’t allow other decorative accessories. All pupils (boys and girls) with long hair should tie it back for health and safety reasons. Distinctive hairstyles, including shaved designs or coloured hair, are not suitable for school.

Jewellery – For health and safety reasons, we can only allow pupils to wear stud earrings in school. No nail varnish, make-up or tattoos; thank you.

Swimming – Girls must wear one-piece costumes – no bikinis. Boys wear swimming shorts. All swimmers must wear swimming hats. You can buy these from the School Office.
